Craig Conway is an excellent instructor on top of being a great athlete and person to add to his resume. My son has been under his instruction since last winter and the result during the spring season showed immediately. My son has definitely brought his game and skill set to another level this year and it’s all thanks to Coach Conways instruction. I highly recommend his instruction to anyone and of all ages. From first hand experience watching his training and approach to the game I can vouche for his character and excellent methods of passing his skill set onto the athletes he has taken under his wing.

My son’s spark of love for baseball has flourished with the guidance of Coach Conway. With careful and thoughtful instruction, he has laid a solid foundation in hitting as well has fielding and throwing. We are so lucky to have someone like Craig Conway guiding us through my daughters softball career. He truly has a passion for the game of baseball and has taken the time to learn the sister game of softball to help our girls succeed. His love for the game is unmatched. He is driven and continues to aspire to to pass his deep knowledge of the game on to the next generation. This step in his career of baseball is so beneficial for our youth. Craig knows the game. Period. Inside and out. From beginner fundamentals to training your player to succeed at the highest level, Baseball’s Finest is the place to go! We noticed our HS aged son was developing some bad habits in his swing. Craig took the time to work with him, corrected him and later that week our son dominated at a National Showcase in Staten Island by putting the corrections Craig gave him into action. You want the job done right? Then don’t trust anyone else when it comes to Baseball. The knowledge and experience of Craig and his team is unmatched.

Craig was my coach from 2010-2013 at montclair state and although I was a pitcher and didn’t get to work with him directly I always found myself near him during games and practice to learn more about game since I wanted to get into coaching myself. His knowledge of hitting is incredible and most of all he kept the game fun and loose. Some really good times on the field that I will never forget and at the end of the day that’s why we play this game.

What a great time we had at Saturday’s open clinic. My son had so much fun and came home talking about how great it was to work with the whole staff. There knowledge of the game and what to expect out of the kids at there age level. It is a great relief to know your son or daughter is in such good hands. Can’t wait to start winter training with Craig and his amazing staff. After seeing the coaching staff in action with the kids, there is no other place that i would want my kids to be. Can’t wait to become part of the FINEST FAMILY!

There isn’t a soul on this planet who knows Craig on AND off the field the way I do. I played all 4 years of college ball with him and had the honor of playing with him in pro ball for 2 years. He is one of the best players I have ever shared the field with and I’ve shared it with numerous big leaguers. His passion for the game is second to none. His success was earned the hard way and the right way. You want your child to play the game just like Craig did. Trust me.

Just met Craig a couple weeks ago. My 9 year old daughter will be working at Baseballs Finest this winter. In addition to having a resume that is second to none, Craig is a super nice guy. He made us feel at home from day one. Craig is guaranteed to get the absolute most out of a player. He knows how to teach and how to motivate. I couldn’t be happier that we found this facility with such a spot on instructor. This is our new home!

Quite simply, if your child wants to improve in baseball, this is the place to go. Coach Craig was able to accurately assess my son’s strengths/weaknesses, and implemented changes that helped him improve quicker than with any other training that we have done before. Whether you come to them with no experience whatsoever, or as a star player, they can help any child at any level to substantially improve their game. Your child will be a better baseball player after training at Baseball’s Finest.

Craig Conway was so amazing with both of my boys. (age 7 and 10)They were lacking some confidence with batting and with a few sessions with Craig, my boys walked onto those fields like they were rock stars. Not only is Craig very patient with the kids, he makes it fun! He has a great sense of humor and meets the kids where they are at. He uses plenty of positive reinforcement with them building their confidence every step of the way.

Craig’s detail oriented instruction delivered in a manner that a 12 year old can understand was awesome. In the first 2 sessions my child regained his confidence as a hitter because he had specific details about what to do and how it was supposed to feel. Most importantly, my son had fun during the instruction.

My daughter has been playing softball since she was 8 years old. She has been doing well. She’s a power hitter. She had been in a little slump and was “hit or miss”. She definitely has the talent and the power but was in her “head”. She was so disappointed and discouraged.
This past year we met Craig and we are forever grateful to him!
In the short time that Savannah has been working with him she has improved so much and has gained so much confidence. He has been developing her and building on her strengths, values and confidence. Craig generates her energy and forward movement.
Hitters need understandable, actionable information that they can put into their practice, in their games, or in the batting cage and Craig gives Savannah all that and more. The most important thing that Craig has done for our daughter in her hitting instruction is his translation. He films her, provides concrete evidence of what’s happening in her swing and helps her pinpoint what is working and what needs improvement.
We have seen such a great improvement in her. She trusts Craig, values his time and lessons and loves going to hitting practice. She’s more excited now than we’ve ever seen her! The best is yet to come! Thank you, Craig and baseballs, finest.

I took my son to a Hitting Monday lesson and he tends to be a little shy at first. Craig was very friendly and patient with my son. He gave him great feedback and encouragement with a lesson about properly loading your swing. My son was able to “APPLY” the lesson and his swing is better now than before the lesson. My son won a baseball card and cant wait to go back!! He had a GREAT time, his swing got better, and it was $25…. we spend more than that at Monster Golf or Dave and Busters, and come home emtpy handed, here we spent $25, he had just as much fun and has a better swing for it!! Thank you Craig we will be back for sure!!!
