The Art of the Outfielder – Hosted by Coach Leon Shade
Coach Leon Shade is a master of his craft when it comes to defense as an outfielder. From coaching at Montclair State University for 6 seasons to teaching at Montclair Kimberly Academy for 15 years, Leon is well diverse in coaching at every level. This 8-week program has been developed to bring the athlete’s outfield game to a new high. Specific drills are designed to enhance speed and agility, ensure proper throwing technique, and increase overall performance (both mentally and physically) at each position.
